State Farm® Insurance Agent Bill Carver Jr

"Poor service all around. My policy was randomly cancelled because of a speeding ticket in 2019 and two accidents that were NOT my fault (one was a hit and run). Didn’t find out until the DMV emails me saying my registration is at risk for suspension and have four figure penalty fines! I called corp who told me to speak to my agent. My agent William Carver and his receptionist Rochelle Boone were useless. They said the decision was final and there’s nothing they can do, all while being quite rude. I asked Rochelle for the notice they claimed to have sent me, she said she’d get right on it but I had to call again the next day because I still hadn’t received it. Not sure what’s going on over there, but they can’t be doing their jobs."
